The courtyard offers a quieter outdoor room, while the pool terrace opens towards the wider landscape. Across the three available residences, plots measure 541 to 558 m² and gardens 141 to 182 m², both separate from the stated sellable house area. Nolte or equivalent cabinetry, Miele or equivalent appliances, fitted furniture and wardrobes form part of the specification. A private lift, outdoor kitchen, upgraded kitchen and additional furniture packages can be considered as optional additions.

A Setting Within Luštica Bay

The villas overlook the ninth hole of the planned Gary Player signature golf course, within the golf neighbourhood of The Peaks.
